We operate a versatile fleet of specialized vessels designed to support demanding offshore and marine operations. Our fleet includes Patrol and Security Vessels, Search & Rescue Boats, Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs), and multipurpose offshore support vessels, equipped for crew transportation, cargo handling, towing, logistics, surveillance, and emergency response. With vessels featuring advanced navigation, communication, dynamic positioning, safety, and propulsion systems, we provide dependable marine support across a wide range of operational environments.
Our vessels are supported by experienced marine personnel and equipped to meet the requirements of offshore, oil and gas, security, and emergency response operations. From high-speed patrol and search & rescue missions to offshore supply, deck cargo transportation, and marine logistics, we combine vessel capability, operational readiness, and safety-focused service to deliver reliable support for challenging marine projects.
PATROL/SEARCH & RESCUE VESSEL
Vessel: Aquashield Oil Marine Services vessel, built in Norway in 1999; Nigerian-flagged, steel hull, 36.4m length, 220 GT, Port of Registry: Lagos.
Performance & Propulsion: Twin MTU 396 main engines (1,430 kW each), twin Scania generators, maximum speed of 16 knots, with primary/secondary propulsion systems.
Safety & Navigation: 22-person accommodation, 3 bathrooms, 22 life jackets, 2 × 20-man life rafts, AIS, dual radar, gyro autopilot, echo sounder, compass and night-vision equipment
CREW AND PATROL VESSEL
Vessel: Aquashield Oil & Marine Services Ltd crew and patrol vessel, built in 2016; 35m aluminium hull, Bureau Veritas classified, 92T lightship / 175T full load.
Performance: Powered by 3 × Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines (1,193 kW each) with 3 propellers; 28 knots full speed, 20 knots cruising, and range up to 4,100 NM at 10 knots.
Safety & Equipment: 6 crew + 12 security personnel, 4 × 20-person SOLAS liferafts, 48 life jackets, FM-200 firefighting, dual radar, AIS, GPS, EPIRB, SART, FLIR, CCTV and STANAG II ballistic protection.
PATROL/ SECURITY VESSEL
Vessel: Aquashield Oil & Marine Services Limited patrol and security vessel, steel hull with aluminium superstructure, built in 2007, 32.17m length, 5.40m beam, and 96-ton load displacement.
Propulsion & Accommodation: Powered by 2 × MWM 1,500 HP diesel engines with twin shafts/propellers, hydraulic steering, and accommodation for up to 14 persons across 4 cabins.
Safety & Navigation: Equipped with 2 × 20-person life rafts, 22 life jackets, radar, GPS, AIS, VHF, autopilot, compass, depth/speed/wind instruments, night vision, laser searchlight and RIB tender.
PLATFORM SUPPLY VESSEL
MV Prime Queen: Aquashield Oil & Marine Services vessel, built in Norway in 1982; DNV classified, Nigerian-flagged, 67.2m LOA, 1,833 GRT and 2,777-ton deadweight.
Performance & Capacity: Powered by 4 × Wärtsilä engines delivering 6,880 BHP, with DP2, azimuth/tunnel thrusters, 620m² deck area and 1,530-ton maximum deck cargo capacity.
Operations & Equipment: 28-person accommodation, SOLAS-compliant rescue equipment, extensive fuel/water/mud capacities, Furuno/Sperry/SIMRAD navigation systems, GMDSS, radar, GPS and DP2 dynamic positioning.
MARINER SEA
PSV DP-I: UT 705L platform supply vessel, built in Norway and rebuilt in 2003; Lloyd’s classified, 87.92m LOA, 18m beam, 4,044 MT deadweight and 817m² deck area.
Performance & Capacity: Maximum speed 12.5 knots, with 2 × 2,300 BHP main generators, DP capability, bow/stern thrusters, 2,300 MT deck load and extensive fuel, drill water, mud, brine and dry-bulk capacities.
Facilities & Safety: 38 air-conditioned/heated berths, one-bed medical clinic, SOLAS safety equipment, 120-person life rafts, rescue boat, provision/deck cranes, tugger winches, capstans and 25 m³/day watermaker.
PATROL/SURVEILANCE/ESCORT
Patrol & SAR Vessel: Aquashield Oil & Marine Services vessel, built in 1980 and comprehensively refurbished in 2010; Nigerian-flagged, Lagos registered, with bulletproof steel hull and aluminium superstructure.
Performance & Capacity: Twin-screw propulsion with a 16-knot speed, 171-ton displacement, 1,200 NM range, and accommodation for 18 persons, including crew, mess, laundry and conference facilities.
Equipment & Safety: Equipped with hydraulic 6-ton crane, anchor winch, capstan, RIB with 75 HP outboard, GPS, SOLAS-compliant communications, electro-dynamic stabilizers and comprehensive navigation systems.
PATROL/SURVEILANCE/ESCORT
Patrol & SAR Vessel: Aquashield Oil & Marine Services vessel, built in 1980 and refurbished in 2010; INSB classed, Nigerian-flagged, Lagos registered, with bulletproof hull and armoured keel.
Performance & Propulsion: Twin-screw propulsion powered by 2 × Paxman Valenta engines delivering 2,000 HP total, with a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 1,200 nautical miles.
Safety & Equipment: 18 berths, 2 × 20-person life rafts, 22 life jackets, 6-ton hydraulic crane, RIB with 75 HP outboard, dual radar, AIS, gyro/autopilot, night vision and laser searchlight.
